ระหว่างวันที่ 29 ตุลาคม - 1 พฤศจิกายน 2567 คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการการใช้เครื่องวิเคราะห์สารด้วยเทคนิคโครมาโทกราฟชนิดของเหลวประสิทธิภาพสูง (High Performance Liquid Chromatography, HPLC) และเครื่องแยกสารด้วยเทคนิค Preparative LC โดยมีวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญจาก บริษัท เพอร์กินเอลเมอร์ ไซแอนติฟิค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และ บริษัท Advion Interchim Scientific ณ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม

การจัดอบรมนี้ จัดขึ้นเพื่อให้อาจารย์สาขาวิชาเคมีและนักวิจัยจากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ สามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้จากการอบรมนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนการสอนนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ รวมถึงการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิจัยที่มีความหลากหลายให้แก่มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนมต่อไป

สำหรับเครื่อง HPLC นั้น สามารถใช้วิเคราะห์หาชนิดและปริมาณสารของสารสำคัญในพืช ยา สารตกค้างทางการเกษตร อาหารและสิ่งแวดล้อม ส่วนเครื่องแยกสารด้วยเทคนิค Preparative LC เป็นเครื่องที่สามารถแยกและเก็บสารตัวอย่างจากผลิตภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติ สารออกฤทธิ์ทางยาและสารสำคัญทางเคมี แบบอัตโนมัติ โดยใช้หลักการโครมาโตกราฟฟีของเหลวเช่นกัน

โดยคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ เปิดให้บริการสำหรับนักวิจัย เกษตรกร และประชาชนทั่วไป สามารถเข้ามาใช้บริการการตรวจวัดด้วยเครื่อง HPLC ได้

From October 29th to November 1st, 2024, the Faculty of Science at Nakhon Phanom University will host a workshop on using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Preparative LC for substance analysis. The workshop will feature expert speakers from PerkinElmer Scientific (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Advion Interchim Scientific Co., Ltd., and will be held at the Faculty of Science, Nakhon Phanom University.

This training is organized to enable chemistry faculty and researchers from the Faculty of Science to apply the knowledge gained from the training in teaching science students, as well as to create diverse research outputs for Nakhon Phanom University.

For HPLC instruments, they can be used to analyze the type and quantity of active substances in plants, drugs, agricultural residues, food, and the environment. Preparative LC is an instrument that can automatically separate and collect sample substances from natural products, active pharmaceutical ingredients, and important chemical compounds, also using the principle of liquid chromatography.

The Faculty of Science is open to researchers, farmers, and the general public, allowing them to use the HPLC instrument for testing.
