วันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2567 เวลา 09.00 น. ณ ห้องแพงพนม ชั้น 4  สำนักงานอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม เขตพื้นที่ศรีโคตรบูรณ์  ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธวัชชัย ศุภดิษฐ์ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม เป็นประธานประชุมฯ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กัญลยา มิขะมา  ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร เสาวคนธ์  เหมวงษ์ คณบดีคณะเกษตรและเทคโนโลยี และอาจารย์ บุคลากรและเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขจังหวัดนครพนมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมประชุม เพื่อวางผังการใช้ประโยชน์พื้นที่ของคณะเกษตรและเทคโนโลยี พร้อมทั้งได้ลงสำรวจพื้นที่การก่อสร้างโรงงานต้นแบบเพื่อการแปรรูปสินค้าเกษตรและอาหาร (Pilot Plant)เพื่อเป็นการจัดเตรียมพื้นที่รองรับการจัดตั้งโรงงานต้นแบบฯ 

     โรงงานต้นแบบ เป็นอาคาร คสล. 1 ชั้นพื้นที่ใช้สอยประมาณ 1,600 ตร.ม. มีครุภัณฑ์ประกอบสำหรับการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเกษตร ได้แก่ 

        1. เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ระบบแปรรูป ผัก ผลไม้อบกรอบ/ผัก ผลไม้แบบแผ่น

        2. เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ระบบแปรรูป ผลไม้ทอดกรอบ

        3. เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ระบบแปรรูป ผลไม้กระป๋อง

        4. เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ระบบแปรรูป ผลไม้ ผง

        5. เครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ระบบแปรรูป น้ำผัก ผลไม้ พลาสเจอร์ไรซ์ UHT

        6. เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์วิเคราะห์คุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์

August 15, 2024, 9:00 AM At the Phaeng Phanon Room, 4th Floor, Office of the President, Nakhon Phanom University, Sri Khotrabun Area, Professor Dr. Thawatchai Supadit, Acting President of Nakhon Phanom University, chaired the meeting, which was attended by Nakhon Phanom University administrators, Assistant Professor Dr. Kanyaluck Mikama, Director of the Research and Development Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Saowakhon Hemwong, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Technology, and relevant public health personnel and officials from Nakhon Phanom Province attended the meeting to plan the use of the Faculty of Agriculture and Technology's land. They also surveyed the construction site for the pilot plant for processing agricultural and food products to prepare the area for the establishment of the pilot plant.

The pilot plant is a reinforced concrete building. 1 floor with approximately 1,600 sq. ft. of usable space. M. There is processing equipment for agricultural products, including:

1. Processing machinery and equipment for dried fruit/vegetable chips/sheeted fruits and vegetables

2. Machinery and equipment for processing crispy fried fruit

3. Machinery and equipment for canned fruit processing systems

4. Fruit processing machinery and equipment, powder

5. Machinery and equipment for processing vegetable and fruit juices, pasteurized UHT.

6. Machinery and equipment for product quality analysis
