วันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2567 เวลา 10.00 น. กลุ่มงานวินัยและสวัสดิการนักศึกษา กองพัฒนานักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ร่วมกับ สภานักศึกษา องค์การนักศึกษา และ ชมรมทูบีนัมเบอร์วัน จัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์มหาวิทยาลัยปลอดบุหรี่และต่อต้านภัยยาเสพติด ซึ่งช่วงเช้าเป็นการจัดกิจกรรมที่ห้องพนมศิลป์ ชั้น M คณะศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เกรียงไกร ผาสุตะ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาและศิลปวัฒนธรรม เป็นประธานเปิดงาน มีนายมัชฌิมา โพทะโสม ประธานชมรมทูบีนัมเบอร์วัน และนายกองค์การนักศึกษา กล่าวรายงาน ณ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม (เขตพื้นที่มรุกขนคร) ทั้งนี้ มีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ชัยวัฒน์ อินไชยา อาจารย์ประจำกลุ่มวิชาการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวชศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนม เป็นวิทยากรให้กับนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมอบรม

จากนั้น ช่วงบ่าย เวลา 13.00 น. โดยประมาณ กลุ่มงานวินัยและสวัสดิการนักศึกษา กองพัฒนานักศึกษา ได้จัดกิจกรรมเชิงสัญลักษณ์รณรงค์มหาวิทยาลัยปลอดบุหรี่และต่อต้านภัยยาเสพติด ในกิจกรรมปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาใหม่มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ประจำปีการศึกษา 2567 ซึ่งมีนักศึกษาร่วมกิจกรรมมากถึง 2,000 คน โดยมี ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธวัชชัย ศุภดิษฐ์ รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม เป็นประธานนำนักศึกษารณรงค์เชิงสัญลักษณ์ ณ หอประชุมอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขง (เขตพื้นที่มรุกขนคร)

การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ เป็นการรณรงค์ตามนโยบายกระทรวงการอดุมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษาให้ปลอดบุหรี่และยาเสพติด ซึ่งประจวบเหมาะกับกิจกรรมของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด (ป.ป.ส.) กระทรวงยุติธรรม ที่กำหนดให้วันที่ 26 มิถุนายน ของทุกปี เป็นวันต่อต้านยาเสพติดโลก ตามคอนเซ็ปต์ “รวมพลังไทยสร้างครอบครัว ชุมชนอุ่นใจ พ้นภัยยาเสพติด” เพื่อคุ้มครองสุขภาพของนักศึกษาและบุคลากร ให้ปลอดภัยจากโรคที่เกิดจากบุหรี่ บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า และยาเสพติดทุกชนิดในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ลดปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อสุขภาวะ ลดปริมาณนักเสพหน้าใหม่ อันจะนำไปสู่การเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้กับสังคม

June 26, 2024, 10:00 AM The Student Discipline and Welfare Group, Student Development Division, Nakhon Phanom University, in collaboration with the Student Council, Student Organization, and Tubenumberone Club, organized a campaign for a smoke-free university and against drug abuse. In the morning, activities were held in the Phanom Sin Room on the M floor of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences, with Assistant Professor Dr. Kriengkrai Phasuta, Assistant Rector for Student Affairs and Arts and Culture, presided over the opening ceremony. Mr. Matchima Pothasom, President of the Tubinumberone Club and President of the Student Organization, delivered the report at Nakhon Phanom University (Mrukkanakhon area). Assistant Professor Chaiwat Inchaiya, a lecturer in the Department of Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing, Borommaratchachonnani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom, served as the speaker for the participating students.



Then, in the afternoon at 1:00 PM. Approximately, the Student Discipline and Welfare Division, Student Development Office, organized a symbolic campaign activity for a smoke-free university and against drug abuse during the orientation for new Nakhon Phanom University students for the academic year 2024. As many as 2,000 students participated in the activity, which was attended by Professor Dr. Thawatchai Supadit, Acting President of Nakhon Phanom University, led students in a symbolic campaign at the Mekong Subregional Conference Hall (Mrukkanakhon area).



This event is a campaign in line with the policy of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI). To drive the operation of educational institutions at the higher education level to be free of cigarets and drugs, which coincides with the activities of the Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB). P. S. The Ministry of Justice, which designates June 26th of each year as World Drug Day, based on the concept "Uniting Thais to Build Families, Warm Communities, and Overcome the Drug Threat," aims to protect the health of students and personnel from diseases caused by cigarets, e-cigarettes, and all types of drugs in higher education institutions. This initiative seeks to reduce health risk factors and the number of new drug users, ultimately serving as a positive example for society.
