NPU advances vocational education agenda

On 25 June 2026, Nakhon Phanom University held the fifth Vocational Education Committee meeting in a hybrid format. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Emeritus Dr. Tawadchai Suppadit, President of Nakhon Phanom University, with Mr. Sumitchai Kanhakun, Assistant President for Vocational Education, and committee members in attendance.
The committee reviewed progress on the university's vocational Credit Bank system, which supports lifelong learning by enabling learners to accumulate and transfer academic credits. Members also discussed enrolment figures for the 2026 academic year and explored strategies to strengthen student recruitment and expand access to quality vocational education across the region.
