On May 21, 2026, the Faculty of Management Science and Information Technology at Nakhon Phanom University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Tha Uthen Subdistrict Municipality at the Tai Nyaw Meeting Room in Nakhon Phanom.
The official ceremony was led by Prof. Emeritus Dr. Tawadchai Suppadit, President of Nakhon Phanom University, and Mr. Kan Kaewmart, Mayor of Tha Uthen. This three-year partnership aims to drive the grassroots economy and elevate the quality of life along the Mekong River by integrating academic innovation with local businesses.
