On May 12, 2026, Asst. Prof. Dr. Khajit Na Kalasin, Vice President for Academic Affairs of Nakhon Phanom University, joined the third meeting of the Nakhon Phanom Provincial Education Committee, chaired by Deputy Governor Weera Lerkwanichkul.

The meeting focused on key education policies aimed at improving educational quality and expanding access to learning opportunities across the province, including compulsory education planning and student placement policies for the 2027 academic year.
