On January 21, 2026, Prof. Emeritus Dr. Tawadchai Suppadit, President of Nakhon Phanom University, signed partnership agreements with Mr. Tanupat Rattanapoolchai, Managing Director of Thai Intermediary Development Co., Ltd., at the Phanom Methee Room, Office of the President Building, Sri Khotrabun Campus. The ceremony was witnessed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kornchai Phornlaphatrachakorn, Vice President for Finance, Research, and Academic Services.

The five-year partnership comprises two agreements. A Memorandum of Understanding focuses on integrating academic knowledge with insurance industry practice, including training programs for agent and broker licensing in both non-life and life insurance, as well as license renewal. A Memorandum of Agreement covers the joint delivery of practical training, aligned with industry regulations and standards.

The collaboration is expected to strengthen professional capacity in the insurance sector and further align Nakhon Phanom University’s academic provision with industry needs through 2031.
