การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูปฐมวัยในโรงเรียน สังกัด
สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัดนครพนม ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอนปฐมวัยและผู้ปกครอง จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง
สาขาวิชาที่สำเร็จการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการสอนชั้นปฐมวัย ประชากรในการวิจัยจำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารจำนวน 448 คน
ครูผู้สอนปฐมวัย จำนวน 843 คน และผู้ปกครองจำนวน 9,397 คน รวม 10,688 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย จำนวน 380 คน
ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 95 คน ครูผู้สอนปฐมวัย 95 คน และผู้ปกครอง 190 คน ซึ่งได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลาย
ขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนก ระหว่าง 0.42–0.80 และค่าความ
เชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบความแตกต่างของ
ค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างกลุ่มและการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของ
ครูปฐมวัย อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูปฐมวัย ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูปฐมวัย
ตามความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในสาขาแตกต่างกัน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4) คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของ
ครูปฐมวัย ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนชั้นปฐมวัยแตกต่างกัน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 5) คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของครูปฐมวัยที่
ควรปรับปรุง ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ด้านอุดมการณ์ในวิชาชีพ และด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม

Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to investigate and to compare the desirable characteristics of the early
childhood education teachers in schools under the Offices of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Area in the views
of the school administrators, early childhood education teachers and students’ guardians, classified by their positions
held, fields of study, and teaching experiences in early childhood education. The target population of 10,688
consisted of 448 school administrators, 843 early childhood education teachers and 1,245 students’ guardians. The
sample of 380 people, selected by multi-stage sampling, consisted of 95 school administrators, 95 early childhood
education teachers, and 190 students’ guardians. The tool used in the study was a researcher-constructed
questionnaire with the discrimination power and the reliability of 0.42-0.80 and 0.98 respectively. The statistics used
to analyze the data were percentages, means, standard deviations, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The results of the
research revealed the following: 1) The desirable characteristics of the early childhood education teachers were at
a high level. 2) The desirable characteristics of the early childhood education teachers were not different. 3) The
opinions of the early childhood education teachers, whose fields of study were different, towards the desirable
characteristics of the early childhood education teachers were not different. 4) The opinions of the early childhood
education teachers, whose teaching experiences in early childhood education were different, towards the desirable
characteristics of the early childhood education teachers were not different. 5) The guidelines to develop the desirable
characteristics of the early childhood education teachers were suggested by the researcher in the study. They were
the aspects of personality, human relation skills, professional determination, and morality and ethics.
