การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับกระบวนการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน 2) ศึกษาระดับลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วม การนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน 3) เปรียบเทียบลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วมและกระบวนการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ให้
การนิเทศและรับการนิเทศ 4) เปรียบเทียบลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วมและกระบวนการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ให้
การนิเทศ และรับการนิเทศ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในระดับช่วงชั้นที่เปิดสอน แตกต่างกัน 5) ศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาลักษณะการนิเทศภายใน
โรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ จำนวน 2,393 คน ผู้ให้การนิเทศ
261 คน ผู้รับการนิเทศ 2,132 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ จำนวน 345 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้ให้การนิเทศ จำนวน 115 คน
และผู้รับการนิเทศ จำนวน 230 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi–Stage Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน
การรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้านกระบวนการนิเทศ เท่ากับ 0.98 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น
ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม เท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที
และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F – test ชนิด One Way ANOVA) การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) กระบวนการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ลักษณะการมี
ส่วนร่วมการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) การนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ให้การนิเทศ และผู้รับ
การนิเทศต่อลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วม และกระบวนการนิเทศ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) ความคิดเห็นต่อ
ลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วม และกระบวนการนิเทศของผู้ให้การนิเทศ และผู้รับการนิเทศ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในระดับช่วงชั้นที่เปิดสอนแตกต่างกัน
มีความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 5) ควรพัฒนาลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วมการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
พิจารณาตามแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าน้อยที่สุด มี 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านกระบวนการนิเทศภายในได้แก่ ขั้นเตรียมการนิเทศ และ ขั้นวางแผน
การนิเทศ ด้านลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วม ได้แก่ มีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ และมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการ

The purposes of this research were have followed: 1) to Investigate process levels of internal supervision of schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Area 2, 2) to Study levels of participation in
internal supervision of schools, 3) to Compare the participation and processes in internal supervision of schools
according to the opinions of the supervisors and supervisees, 4) to Compare the participation and processes in
internal supervision of schools according to the opinions of the supervisors and supervisees who teach students
at different levels, and 5) Explore a guideline to develop internal supervision of schools under the Office of
Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Area 2. The number of population in this study was 2,393 people: 261
supervisors and 2,132 supervisees, and the sample groups comprised 345 people: 115 supervisors and 230
supervisees selected by a multistage random sampling technique. The tool used to collect data was a rating
scale questionnaire with the reliability in the aspect of processes of internal supervision of schools at 0.98, and
the reliability in the aspect of participation at 0.96. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation,
t-test, and F-test (One way ANOVA). Pearson’s coefficient of correlation was also conducted. The results of this
research were as follows: 1) The supervisory process within school, under the office area of Nakhon Phanom
Educational Service Area 2 was at a medium level, 2) The participation in internal supervision of schools was at a
medium level, 3) The comparisons of participation and processes in internal supervision of schools according to
the opinions of the supervisors and supervisees, were significantly different at a level of .01, 4) The opinions of
the supervisors and supervisees who teach students at different levels, on the participation and processes in
internal supervision of schools, were insignificantly different, and 5) 2 ways of participation in internal supervision
of schools should be improved according to the consideration of the experts: Processes and participation in
internal supervision within school. The supervisory processes within school were preparing and planning for
supervision while the participation aspect included making decision and operating the supervision.
