     ศึกษาบริบทในการพัฒนารูปแบบนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน “แผ่นดินถิ่นรักษ์” และศึกษาประสิทธิภาพและผลสำเร็จการนำรูปแบบนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสานในการจัดค่ายวิชาการ“เล่าขานตำนานถิ่น” วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย แบบวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มเป้าหมาย 80 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้นำชุมชน ผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียน และนักเรียนในกลุ่มห้วยต้อน นาฝายเครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์ 2) ระบบการจัดการเรียนรู้บนเว็บ (LMS) 3) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ 5) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บริบทของการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน“แผ่นดินถิ่นรักษ์”ประกอบด้วย แผ่นดินถิ่นรักษ์ เมืองผู้กล้าพระยาแล  ศิลปะวรรณกรรม วัฒนธรรมประเพณี ความงามล้ำค่าผ้าไหมพื้นบ้าน และสืบสานภาษาไทยถิ่นอีสาน 2)รูปแบบของนวัตกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน“แผ่นดินถิ่นรักษ์” มี 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ ผลลัพธ์ และข้อมูลป้อนกลับ และความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ประสิทธิภาพการนำรูปแบบผสมผสานไปใช้ เท่ากับ 83.33/81.67 และ 4) ผลสำเร็จของการจัดค่ายวิชาการ“เล่าขานตำนานถิ่น”อยู่ในระดับมาก ประโยชน์ที่ได้จากการวิจัย สถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนได้รูปแบบการเรียนแบบผสมผสานในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ส่งผลให้นักเรียนมีความตระหนักรู้คุณค่าประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นตนเอง

    This research aimed to study the context of blended learning management innovative model “Paendin Thinrak,” student’sefficiency and successful learning management innovative model in the academic camp“Telling Local Legends.” Themethodology was based on research and development within the target group including 80 persons: the community leaders, directors, teachers and primary students in Nuaiton Nafai group . The research instruments were including 1) interviewing forms, 2) learning management system on web (LMS)3)learning management plans 4)achievement leaning measurement form, 5) satisfaction questionnaires.The data analysis was percentage, means and standard deviation. The result of research were 1)The context of blended learning management innovative model consisted of Paendin Thinrak Muangphukla Phrayalae, literary arts, cultural traditions, precious beauty of local silk and inherit Isarn Thai’s language. 2)The blended learning management innovative model had four factors: input, process, output, and feedback based on suitability of model at high level 3)The efficiency of model was 83.33/81.67 and 4) the successful in the academic camp at high level. The benefit of research and 4) The research contribution benefits  the schools and teachers, who can  apply blended learning management innovative model to their learning management that motivate the students to be  to be aware of their local history’s value.
