Multi-Factors Affecting the Quality Development of Elderly Care Business Management towards the Standard Benchmark

       การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของพหุปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุสู่เกณฑ์มาตรฐานและเพื่อค้นหาทิศทางในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการ สู่เกณฑ์มาตรฐานของธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งทำการสำรวจความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในสถานธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่เป็นสมาชิกสมาคมส่งเสริมธุรกิจบริการผู้สูงอายุแห่งประเทศไทย 200 แห่ง ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เกี่ยวกับพหุปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาการจัดการธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุเท่ากับ 0.79 และค่าความน่าเชื่อถือของแบบสอบถามด้านความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทิศทางเป้าหมายการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์มาตรฐาน เท่ากับ 0.74 โดยการสร้างแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พหุปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อทิศทางพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุสู่เกณฑ์มาตรฐาน ซึ่งเป็นพหุปัจจัยในเชิงบวก ที่ต้องนำมาพิจารณา 3 ตัวแปรประกอบด้วย สภาวะพฤติกรรมลูกค้าประเทศเป้าหมาย สภาวะปัจจัยในการเลือกใช้บริการ สภาวะการแข่งขันในประเทศ และรูปแบบทิศทางในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการสู่เกณฑ์มาตรฐานของธุรกิจดูแลผู้สูงอายุค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

       The main research objectives were included to analyze the causal relationship model of multi-factors affecting the quality development of elderly care business management aiming to the standard benchmark. to search the quality development direction for the elderly care business management in Thailand. This quantitative research explores opinions of the representative examples: the management and officers that work in 200 elderly care businesses whose are a part of Thai Elderly Promotion and Healthcare Association (TEPHCA). The reliability of the multi-factors affecting the quality development of elderly care business management questionnaire is 0.79. The reliability of direction towards the standard benchmark questionnaire is equal to 0.74. This study also formulates the structural equation modeling which brings.  The result suggests that there are three positive factors affecting the standard quality development of elderly care business management, w: 1) behavioral condition of targeted customer country 2) service selecting factors 3) The competitiveness of the country. The overall mean of development direction towards standard benchmark for elderly care business management is considerably high.
