การจัดการ และการประเมินในระบบการศึกษา ได้เป็นห้องเรียนออนไลน์ มีการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมออนไลน์
เพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพประสิทธิผลต่อการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนสูงสุดเท่าที่ทำได้เพื่อ ทดแทน เสริมหรือผสมผสาน

Abstract
New Normal in Education is a new approach for educational management that has been changed
from the traditional approach to the new one. The new normal in education classroom management is
included an integration and combining the applications of the online education technology’s potential for
design, development, implementation, management, and evaluation in educational systems. In order to
create the online classroom, one should design the online environment to enhance the efficiency and
effectiveness of the students’ learning as much as possible. Such process is needed as for replacing,
supporting, or mixing teaching management in situation of the COVID-19 outbreak and its aftermath.
