Abstract
At present, people have widely discussed about disruption—considering as new movement
that has effected to various fields, including mass communication, banking and finance, entertainment
industry, real estate, food industries, textiles, public health, and education in particular. Moreover,
disruption can also change the working environment in various fields, for example, the replacement of
human labor with robots, the use of internet banking, food delivery, and online newspapers. More
importantly, disruption also has major influences to educational field. Disruption particularly can help
individuals seek out solutions or preventions for problems of Thai educational and such goals can be
achieved by educational leadership during the disruption era. Therefore, education should be, adopt and
developed in the disruptive society. With this said, education can be considered a key society’s
mechanism that should be ready and realized that any kind of change occurring always effects to
education. This paper suggests that educational institutions should be realized, aware, prepared to cope
with the flow of disruption as for minimizing administrative errors effectively.
