The purposes of this study were to develop a model for softball sport management by applying
mixed methods with dominant and non-dominant variables. Data were collected from multiple case studies
including four successful softball sports clubs. The semi-structured interviews were conducted with executive
members, trainers, athletes and experts of totally thirty one interviewees to develop a management model
for softball sports. The research methods also include the seminar of eight experts. The research instruments
were included semi-structured interviews, training observation forms and assessment forms. The data analysis
used content analysis techniques, inductive reasoning and comparisons of data stability and descriptive
statistics. The research tools have been applied to examine the suitable model for the softball sport
management with the responsive informants including two hundred and one of the stakeholders, who were
derived from multi-step sampling.The study shows that the softball management model was comprised of twenty-four indicators on human resources, twenty-eight indicators on budget management, twelve indicators on time management and
twelve indicators on sports utility and arena—such evident indicate the high levels of appropriation.
