    การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการกระทำความผิดของเด็กและเยาวชน ศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี 2)ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการกระทำความผิดของเด็กและเยาวชน ศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ เด็กและเยาวชนที่กระทำความผิด ศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 98 คน ในระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน-ตุลาคม มีค่าเฉลี่ยของดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.92 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.82 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติ Chi-square
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการกระทำความผิดของเด็กและเยาวชน พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่การกระทำผิดของเด็กและเยาวชนเป็นการกระทำผิดครั้งที่ 1 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 87.80 เป็นการกระทำผิดเกี่ยวกับชีวิตและร่างกาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.70 สาเหตุการกระทำความผิดส่วนใหญ่คือ คึกคะนอง ชอบความท้าทาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.10 มีปัญหาครอบครัวปัญหาการเงิน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 6.10 และ 2)ปัจจัยทางสังคมและปัจจัยลักษณะทางอารมณ์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการกระทำผิดของเด็กและเยาวชน จำแนกตามจำนวนครั้งในการกระทำความผิด

     The purposes of this study were to study: misbehavior of juvenile delinquency of Suphan- Buri Juvenile and Family Court 2) to understand/ examine  factors effecting/motivating juvenile delinquency behavior. . The sample is juvenile offenders Juvenile and Family Court Suphan Buri Province.  The research instruments used was a questionnaire consisting of 98 people during June – October The average of Item-Objective Congruence Index (IOC) was 0.92 and the Reliability index was 0.82. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-square statistics.
     The findingsas follows: 1) juvenile delinquency behavior can be shed light by statistic data that the majority of juvenile delinquency happen for the first time as representing 87.80 percent. The offense is a life and physical offense. Representing 33.70 percent. The causes of criminal problems are mostly related to challenging accounting for 57.10 percent were having a family and financial problem Accounting for 6.10 percent. 2) Social factors and emotional factors correlated with juvenile delinquency behavior classified by the number of offenses.
