Factor Analysis of Constructive Culture for Small – Sized Schools In the Northeast of Thailand

   การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบวัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์และ 2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลการวัดองค์ประกอบวัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ  จำนวน  840  คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามกลุ่มจังหวัด เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาตั้งแต่ 0.60-1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรม M-plus 7.0 ด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis : CFA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  1) วัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ  มี  5  องค์ประกอบหลัก 16  องค์ประกอบย่อย  และ 43  ตัวบ่งชี้   ได้แก่  (1) พฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม มี 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย  13 ตัวบ่งชี้  (2) บรรยากาศแบบเปิด มี  3  องค์ประกอบย่อย  7  ตัวบ่งชี้  (3) การสื่อสารเชิงสร้างสรรค์   มี  3  องค์ประกอบย่อย  7  ตัวบ่งชี้ (4) ค่านิยมร่วม มี  3  องค์ประกอบย่อย  7  ตัวบ่งชี้  และ (5) การทำงานเป็นทีม มี  3  องค์ประกอบย่อย  9  ตัวบ่งชี้  2)  โมเดลการวัดองค์ประกอบวัฒนธรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ซึ่งมีค่า = 71.87, df =55, p=0.06, RMSEA = 0.02, SRMR =0.02, CFI = 0.99, TLI =0.99

    The purposes of this research were:  1) to analyze the components of constructive culture and 2) to verify the congruence between the model for measuring constructive cultural components of small-sized schools in the Northeast of Thailand and the empirical data. A sample including 840 teachers and administrators from small-sized schools in the Northeast of Thailand was drawn using stratified random sampling by province. The tool used for data collection was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity values between 0.60 and 1.00 and the reliability coefficient of 0.98. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed with the M-plus 7.0 program.The research found as follows: 1) Constructive culture for small-sized schools in the Northeast of Thailand consisted of 5 main components, 16 subcomponents and 43 indicators, namely (1) creative behavior in innovation comprising 4 subcomponents, 13  indicators, (2)  open climate comprising 3  subcomponent, 7  indicators,  (3) creative communication comprising  3 subcomponents, 7  indicators,  (4)  shared values comprising  3  subcomponents, 7  indicators  and, (5) teamwork comprising  3  subcomponents, 9 indicators.  2) The model for measuring constructive cultural components of small-sized schools in the Northeast of Thailand was congruent with the empirical data according to the statistical values of Chi square = 71.870, df =55, p=0.0630, RMSEA = 0.019, SRMR =0.017, CFI = 0.999, TLI =0.997.
