การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-book) สำหรับครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักการศึกษาเทศบาลนครสกลนคร
The Development of Trainning Curriculum for Teacher Engaged on the Design of Electronic Book (e-book) in Sakonnakhon Municipality

         การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-book)  2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ของครูผู้เข้าอบรมเกี่ยวกับการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-book) ระหว่างก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม 3) ศึกษาระดับของความสามารถการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-book) ของครูหลังการฝึกอบรมและ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม   ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมระยะที่ 3 การนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ระยะที่ 4  การปรับปรุงหลักสูตร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเทศบาล 3 “ยุติธรรมวิทยา” สังกัดสำนักการศึกษาเทศบาลนครสกลนคร  อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดสกลนครภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 40 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามความต้องการในการพัฒนาครูด้านการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิก (e-book) มีค่าความสอดคล้องเนื้อหากับข้อคำถามเท่ากับ 1.0 2) แบบทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-book)มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.20-0.27 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบทดสอบทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.71 3) แบบประเมินความสามารถการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์(e-book) ของครูผู้เข้ารับการอบรม มีค่าความสอดคล้องของเนื้อหากับข้อคำถามเท่ากับ 1.0 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครูผู้เข้ารับการอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตร มีค่าความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสถิติทดสอบที (t-test for dependent samples)
       ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-book) ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1. จุดประสงค 2. สาระความรูประสบการณ 3. กระบวนการเรียนการสอน 4. การประเมินผล ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหลักสูตรโดยการพิจารณาของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน พบว่าหลักสูตรที่มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก (=4.92, S.D.= 0.10) และมีค่าความสอดคล้องระหว่างส่วนประกอบต่างๆ ในหลักสูตรเท่ากับ 1.00 2) ครูผู้เข้าอบรมมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-book) หลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) ความสามารถการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-book) อยู่ในระดับดีมาก 4) ความพึงพอใจของครูผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการผลิตหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-book) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

    The objectives of this study were: 1) to develop an e-book production training curriculum, 2) to compare participating teacher knowledge of e-book production between  before and after the training, 3) to investigate a degree of teachers’ e-book production skill after the training, and 4) to examine teachers’ satisfaction with the training curriculum. The study was divided into 4 phases: phase 1 – analyzing basic data for training curriculum development, phase 2 – creating the training curriculum, phase 3 – experimenting in the training curriculum implementation, and phase 4 – improving the training curriculum.A sample was 40 teachers of Municipal Secondary School 3 “Yutithamwithaya” under the Office of Education, Sakon Nakhon City Municipality, Mueang district, Sakon Nakhon province in academic year 2017 thatwere selected by cluster random sampling. The tools used in this study were 1) a questionnaire on the need for teacher development in electronic book production Which had values of IOC 1.0 2) the teachers’ knowledge and understandingof e-book production whose discrimination power values of all individual items ranged between 0.20 and 0.27 and reliability coefficient of 0.713) Evaluation forms of teachers’ e-book production skillWhich had values of IOC 1.04) a teachers’ satisfactionof training participants with the e-book Which had values of IOC were between 0.80-1.00. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test for dependent samples.
    Findings of the study revealed the following:1) The e-book production training curriculum had 4 components: 1. objectives, 2. substance in knowledge/experience, 3.instructional process, and 4. evaluation. The appropriateness of the developed training curriculum by 5 professionals is at a high level (= 4.30, S.D.= 0.10), the congruence between its componentsis 1.00 2) Participating teacher have knowledge of e-book production after the training was significantly higher than that before the training at the .01 level. 3) The e-book production skill was at high level. 4) The Satisfaction of training participating teacher with the e-book production training curriculum was at the highest level.
