การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมของบุคลากรโรงเรียนชายแดน ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ The Development of Cultural Competence Indicators of Personnel In the Northeast Border School
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the appropriateness of cultural competence indicators of border school personnel in the Northeast for selecting in model of conflict management indicators as specified criterion, 2) test the congruence of developed model, and empirical data as specified criterion. The sampling included school administrators and teachers for this research was 320 persons of border school in the Northeast. By using ratio criteria was 10:1 between sample units with number of parameters with Multi-stage Sampling. Data were collected by using the 5 Level Rating Scale with reliability coefficient 0.97 and the index of item objective congruence was between 0.60 – 1.00. Data were analyzed by statistical program and M-Plus Program.
The research findings were as follows: 1) cultural competence indicators of border school personnel in the Northeast, the average value for selecting in the model of cultural competence of the personnel in Northeast border schools, as being appropriate as specified criterion: the average value was equal to or more than 3.00. 2) The developed the causal model of cultural competence indicators of border school personnel in the Northeast, consisted of congruence with empirical data, the Chi-square (χ2) = 46.37, and Degree of Freedom (df) = 36 P-value = 0.12, CFI = 0.99, TLI = 0.99, SRMR= 0.03 and RMSEA = 0.03. Ranging from the highest factor loading value to the lowest, they were from 0.57 to 0.99 respectively: cultural knowledge, cultural awareness, cultural skill and cultural encounter which the factors were 0.99, 0.85, 0.73 and 0.57 respectively.
