Relationship between Information Technology Competency and Information System Administration of School Administrators under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area

   การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี 2) ระดับการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ สถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี จำนวน 201 โรงเรียนเป็นหน่วยวิเคราะห์ (Unit of Analysis) โดยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน ซึ่งใช้เขตการศึกษาเป็นชั้นภูมิ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียน โรงเรียนละ 4 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 804 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Person’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient)
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 3 ด้าน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเรียงมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านเจตคติ ด้านความรู้ และด้านทักษะ ตามลำดับ 2) การบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเรียงมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการนำไปใช้ ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านการประมวลผล และด้านผลผลิตสารสนเทศ ตามลำดับ และ 3) สมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับการบริหารระบบสารสนเทศของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน

   The objectives of this research were to study: 1) levels of information technology competency of school administrators under the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area, 2) levels of information system administration of school administrators under the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area, and 3) the relationship between information technology competency and information system administration of school administrators under the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area.  This descriptive research was used for 201 schools under the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area as a unit of analysis by proportional stratified random sampling. The office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area was stratified into the division; then the desired number of samples was drawn lots ineach stratification.  Key informants were 804 principle and teachers of four schools each.   Instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire.  Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Person's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
   The research findings were as follows: 1) The information system administration of school administrators under the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area were overall at a high level.  When considering each aspect, it was found that three aspects were at the high levels, ranking by the average from high to low were as follows: attitude, knowledge, and skills, respectively; 2) The information system administration of school administrators under the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area were overall at a high level.  When considering each aspect, it was found that all four aspects were at the high levels, ranking by the average from high to low were as follows:  implementation, input factors, processing, and information product, respectively; and 3) as regards between the information technology competency and information system administration of school administrators under the office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area, the statistically significant relationship were at the level of .01 in both overall and each aspect.
