ส่วนประสมการตลาดที่มีผลต่อการเลือกใช้บริการ โรงพยาบาลเอกชนของผู้ป่วยใน ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ |
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ส่วนประสมการตลาดที่มีต่อการเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 2) เหตุผลของการเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลเอกชนของผู้ป่วยใน ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับเหตุผลการเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลเอกชนของผู้ป่วยใน ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ และ 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างส่วนประสมการตลาดกับเหตุผลการเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลเอกชนของผู้ป่วยใน ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรคือ ชาวไทยที่มาเข้ารับบริการประเภทผู้ป่วยในของโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ที่ไม่ทราบจำนวนผู้ป่วยที่แน่นอน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้ความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 จำนวน 400 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่ายแบบมีสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าไคสแควร์ และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน |
The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the marketing mix that affects the selection of private hospital services in Samut Prakan province, 2) the reasons for choosing to use private hospital services of the inpatients in Samut Prakan province, 3) the relationship between personal factors and the reasons for choosing to use private hospital services of the inpatients in Samut Prakan province, and 4) the relationship between the marketing mix and the reasons for choosing to use private hospital services of the inpatients in Samut Prakan province. This study is a survey research. The population was Thai people who came to receive inpatient services at private hospitals in Samut Prakan province, whose exact number was infinite. The sample size was determined by the confidence of 95 percent of 400 people and the sample was selected by convenience sampling. The tool used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Inferential statistics used were Chi-square test and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. |
