The Use of School Financial Accounting Software in Financial Performance Practice in Schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1

   การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีการเงินโรงเรียน ในการปฏิบัติงานการเงินในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 2) เปรียบเทียบความต้องการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีการเงินในการปฏิบัติงานการเงินในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 จำแนกตามสถานภาพและประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็น ผู้บริหารและครูปฏิบัติงานการเงินในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 จำนวน 222 คน ได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.60–0.86 มีความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้     ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วย t -test และ F-test
   ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีการเงินโรงเรียน ในการปฏิบัติงานการเงินในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูปฏิบัติงานการเงินในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 ที่มีสถานภาพต่างกัน มีความต้องการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีการเงินโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูปฏิบัติงานการเงินโรงเรียน ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีความต้องการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีการเงินโรงเรียนในการปฏิบัติงานการเงินในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

   The purposes of this research were: 1) to investigate the need to use a school financial accounting software in financial performance practice in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1, 2) to compare the need to use a school financial accounting software in financial performance practice in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1 as classified by status and work experience. The samples were 222 administrators and teachers practicing financial performance who were derived from stratified random sampling from schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1. The instrument used was a 5 point rating scale questionnaire which had discrimination power values ranging between 0.60 and 0.86 and an entire reliability coefficient of 0.97. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation,  t-test and F-test.
   The research results were as follows: 1) the overall needs to use school financial accounting software in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1 was at high level in financial performance practice. 2) The school administrators and the teachers practicing financial performance in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1 whose statuses were different had a significant difference in need of using school financial accounting software at the .01 level. The school administrators and the teachers practicing financial performance in schools whose work experiences were different had no statistically significant difference in need of using a school financial accounting software in financial performance practice in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1.
