การพยาบาลแบบองค์รวมเป็นการดูแลสุขภาพของบุคคลครอบคลุมทุกมิติทั้งด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ สังคม และ จิตวิญญาณ บทความนี้ได้ประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดการพยาบาลแบบองค์รวมในการดูแลผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดกระดูกสันหลังระดับเอวประกอบด้วย การดูแลระบบหายใจ การดูแลระบบไหลเวียนเลือด การดูแลแผล การจัดการความปวด การพักผ่อน การทำความสะอาดร่างกาย การขับถ่ายปัสสาวะ การขับถ่ายอุจจาระ การออกกำลังกาย การรับประทานอาหาร และการดูแลด้านจิตสังคม ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการพยาบาลครบทุกด้าน นำไปสู่การส่งเสริมการฟื้นสภาพหลังผ่าตัด และการมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีต่อไป |

Holistic nursing is a health care for individuals, which covers all aspects of body, mind, society, and spirit. This article applies the holistic nursing concepts in the post-operative care for patients undergoing lumbar spine surgery. The holistic nursing care consists of respiratory monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, wound care, pain management, rest, bathing, urination, defecation, ambulation, nutrition therapy and socialization enhancement and mood management. This can help the patients with receiving practice of all aspects of nursing activities leading to the promotion of post-operative recovery and the achievement of good quality of life. |
