Information services is a service that allows users to search for the right information that is needed, accurate and fast in order that it will lead to meet the satisfaction of users. Evaluation of information services is important to information service providing institutions, since they can bring the obtained information into use to improve their performance better. The methods of information services evaluation are done by the survey using questionnaire, interview, observation, service access record including evidence of using services, and expression of ideas on the Web Board.
