21st Century Management Related to The Innovative Use in Schools

     การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารจัดการในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับการใช้นวัตกรรมในสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับการใช้นวัตกรรมในสถานศึกษา ของผู้บริหารกับครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 โดยจำแนกตามสถานภาพและขนาดของสถานศึกษา 3) หาความสัมพันธ์ของการบริหารจัดการในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับการใช้นวัตกรรมในสถานศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 408 คน ได้มาโดยการการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-0.89 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ t-test (Independent  Sample)  การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน       
     ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารจัดการในศตวรรษที่ 21 และการใช้นวัตกรรมในสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการในศตวรรษที่ 21 กับการใช้นวัตกรรมในสถานศึกษาเมื่อจำแนกตามสถานภาพและขนาดของสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวม    ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) การบริหารจัดการในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้นวัตกรรมในสถานศึกษาในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

    This study aims to: 1) investigate management in the 21^st century and innovative use in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1, 2) compare school administrators and teachers’ opinions on management in the 21^st century and innovative use in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1 as classified by status and school size, and 3) find the relationship of management in the 21^st century with innovative use in schools under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1. A sample deriving from stratified random sampling was school administrators and teachers totaling 408 people. The instrument used was a 5-rating scale questionnaire whose discrimination power values ranged between 0.67 and 0.89 and its entire reliability coefficient was 0.98. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for hypothesis testing of independent samples, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
     Results of the study revealed as follows: 1) The innovative use in schools as a whole as perceived by school administrators and teachers was at high level; 2) the overall opinion on the 21^st century management and the innovative use in schools as classified by status and school size according to the perception of school administrators was found not different; and 3) the 21^st century management had high relationship with the innovative use in schools at the .01 level of significance.
