ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ของนักศึกษาสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม |

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากระบวนการการจัดการเรียนการสอนของอาจารย์ และ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะศิลปศาสตร์และ
วิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2, 3, 4 สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัยภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา
2555 จำนวน 245 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน ชนิดมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ
สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอย
แบบพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) อาจารย์ที่ปฏิบัติการสอนนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะศิลปศาสตร์และ
วิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับการเรียน
การสอน ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านรูปแบบหรือวิธีการสอน ด้านการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ด้านบรรยากาศ
ในการเรียนการสอน ด้านการให้คำปรึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 และด้านการวางแผนการจัดการเรียน
การสอนมีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 ด้านรูปแบบหรือวิธีการสอน มีความสัมพันธ์กับ
ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3) การวางแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอน และการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้เป็น
ตัวพยากรณ์ที่ดีของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย
นครพนมได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยทั้งสององค์ประกอบร่วมกันพยากรณ์ และสามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์
ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม

The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate the instructional management process of instructors and 2) to examine the relationship between instructional factors and students’ learning achievement of the early
childhood education program, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University. The target group
comprised 245 second, third and fourth year students enrolled in the early childhood program in the first
semester of academic year 2011. The tool used in this study was a 5-rating scale questionnaire asking
instructional management factors. Statistics used to analyze data were mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s
product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings of study were as
follows: 1) Considering it by the overall and each aspect, the instructors who taught students of the early
childhood education program, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University had their
management of instruction at the high level. 2) Instructional factors such as instructional management plan,
teaching model or method, learning evaluation, instructional atmosphere and giving advice were significantly
correlated at the .01 level. Instructional management planning was significantly correlated with learning
achievement at the .01 level. Teaching model or method was significantly correlated with learning achievement
at the .05 level. 3) Instructional management planning and learning evaluation were good predictors of learning
achievement among students of the early childhood education program, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science,
Nakhon Phanom University at the .01 level of significance. Both the components gave a joint prediction and
could construct the predictive equations of learning achievement among students of the early childhood
education program, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University.
