การเปรียบเทียบการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการค้นคว้าทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบ : กรณีศึกษาคณะสถาปัตยกรรม 3 มหาวิทยาลัย |

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบการใช้แหล่งสารสนเทศเพื่อค้นคว้าทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบ จำแนกตามมหาวิทยาลัย 2) ศึกษาการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อค้นคว้าทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบ 3) ศึกษาความต้องการบริการ สารสนเทศทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและการออกแบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะสถาปัตยกรรม 3 มหาวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ 1) มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ (สาขาวิชาออกแบบภายใน และสาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรม) 2) มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (สาขาวิชาออกแบบภายใน และสาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรม และ 3) สถาบันเทคโนโลยี พระจอมเกล้าเจ้าคุณทหารลาดกระบัง (สาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรมภายใน และสาขาวิชาสถาปัตยกรรม) ชั้นปีที่ 3 และชั้นปีที่ 4 หลักสูตร ปริญญาตรี 4 และ 5 ปี ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนปีการศึกษา 2/2556 จำนวน 349 คนจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนของจำนวน นักศึกษาแต่ละสาขาวิชา ใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ Sheffe’s ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะสถาปัตยกรรม ที่ศึกษาต่างมหาวิทยาลัยมีการใช้แหล่งสารสนเทศ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2) นักศึกษาใช้สารสนเทศตามวัตถุประสงค์ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการบริการสารสนเทศในด้านต่างๆ จากห้องสมุดโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The objectives of this study were: 1) to compare the use of information source for investigation of architecture and design as classified by universities, 2) to examine the use of information for investigation of architecture and design, and 3) to investigate the needs of information service in architecture and design. A sample selected by proportional stratified random sampling of 349 junior and senior students of 4–year and 5-year undergraduate curriculum programs in Faculty of Architecture at each of 3 King Mongkut’s universities, namely King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (interior design and architecture), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (interior design and architecture) and King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (interior architecture and architecture), who were enrolled in the second semester of academic year 2013 in their respective universities. A questionnaire and an interview guide were the instruments used in the study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA. A pairwise comparison was conducted through Scheffe’s method. The results of study were as follows: 1) the undergraduate students of Faculty of Architecture who studied in a different university had no difference in their use of information source; 2) the use of information following the 4 objectives as a whole by students was found significantly different at the .05 level; and 3) the result of analyzing needs of information service in various respects from the library as a whole showed a significant difference at the .05 level.
