    •  การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับสภาพ และปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ ในโรงเรียน

    2) สภาพและปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ในจังหวัดนครพนม
    3) สภาพและปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่
    ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน 4) สภาพและปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ตามความคิดเห็นของ
    ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ ในโรงเรียนที่อยู่ในเขตพื้นที่แตกต่างกัน 5) แนวทางพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือ
    สามัญรุ่นใหญ่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร และครูผู้สอนลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่
    การศึกษานครพนม ปีการศึกษา 2552 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 165 คน และ
    ครูผู้สอนลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ จำนวน 232 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 397 คน เครื่องมือ
    และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ
    ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพและปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่
    อยู่ในระดับมาก และปานกลาง ตามลำดับ 2) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูต่อสภาพและปัญหาการ จัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญ
    รุ่นใหญ่ ไม่แตกต่างกันและแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ตามลำดับ 3) ผู้บริหารและครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ใน
    โรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่
    สถิติ .05 4) ผู้บริหารและครูในเขตพื้นที่แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพและปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่
    ไม่แตกต่างกัน 5) แนวทางพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือสามัญรุ่นใหญ่ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในจังหวัด
    นครพนม 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการนิเทศ ติดตาม ด้าน
    การวัด และประเมินผล

  • Abstract

    •  The purposes of this research were to investigate 1) the level of the state and problems of the management

    of activities for senior scouts in schools, 2) the state and problems of the management of activities for senior scouts
    in schools under the Offices of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Areas, 3) the opinions of the administrators and
    senior scouts’ teachers in schools, classified by different school sizes, on the state and problems of the management
    of activities for senior scouts, 4) the opinions of the administrators and senior scouts’ teachers in schools, classified
    by different Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Areas, on the state and problems of the management of activities
    for senior scouts, and 5) the guidelines for the development of the management of activities for senior scouts. The
    populations in the study were taken from school administrators and senior scouts’ teachers in schools under the
    Offices of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Areas in the academic year 2009. The sample groups of 397
    subjects comprised 165 school administrators and 232 senior scouts’ teachers, selected by multistage sampling. The
    tool used to collect the data was a rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of 0.85. The data were analyzed
    using a computer program. The statistics employed for data analysis were percentages, means, standard deviations
    and t-test. The results of this research were as follows: 1) The state of the management of activities for senior scouts
    in schools under the Offices of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Areas was at a high level whereas the problems
    of the activity management for the senior scouts were at a moderate level. 2) The opinions of the administrators and
    teachers on the state of the management of activities for the senior scouts in schools under the Offices of Nakhon
    Phanom Educational Service Areas showed no statistically significant difference whereas their opinions on the
    problems of the activity management for the senior scouts showed the statistically significant difference at the
    .01 level. 3) The opinions of the administrators and senior scouts’ teachers in schools, classified by different school
    sizes, on the state and problems of the activity management for the senior scouts showed the statistically significant
    difference at the .05 level. 4) The opinions of the administrators and senior scouts’ teachers in schools, classified by
    different Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Areas, on the state and problems of the management of activities for
    senior scouts showed no statistically significant difference. 5) Guidelines for the development of the activity
    management for the senior scouts in schools under the Offices of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Areas
    were suggested in 5 aspects: teachers, learning and teaching management, instruction media, supervision, and
    assessment and evaluation.
