สภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของโรงเรียน ในจังหวัดนครพนม |

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครพนม 2) เพื่อ เปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันในจังหวัดนครพนม 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพ
และปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการ ที่มีประสบการณ์ต่างกันของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครพนม 4) เพื่อศึกษา
แนวทางการส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครพนม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่
ธุรการโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครพนม ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 499 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่
เจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 230 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ
เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่ามีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.99 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้
โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
การทดสอบค่าเอฟ กรณีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอิสระแก่กัน การทดสอบค่าเอฟชนิดการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัย
พบว่า 1) สภาพการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครพนม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานธุรการ
ของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครพนม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2) ความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของโรงเรียนในจังหวัด
นครพนม ของเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
และปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครพนมของเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน โดยรวมมี
ความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) ความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของโรงเรียนในจังหวัด
นครพนม ของเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน โดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่
ระดับ .05 และปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครพนม ของเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน
ต่างกัน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 4) การปฏิบัติงานธุรการของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดนครพนม ควรได้รับการส่งเสริมด้านงาน
สารบรรณ ด้านงานทะเบียนและรายงาน

The purposes of the research were to study the state and problems of the general administration of schools in Nakhon Phanom Province; to compare the state and problems of the general administration of schools, classified by
school sizes; to compare the state and the problems of the general administration of the general administration
officers, classified by work experience; and to find guidelines for promoting the general administration of the schools
in Nakhon Phanom Province. The population used in this study consisted of 499 general administration officers of
schools in Nakhon Phanom Province in the first semester of the academic year 2009. The sample group used in the
study included 230 general administration officers of schools in Nakhon Phanom Province gained by means of
multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used to collect data was a rating scale questionnaire with the reliability
of 0.99. The statistics used to analyze data were percentages, means, standard deviations and F-test. The results
showed that: 1) The overall state and problems of the general administration of the schools in Nakhon Phanom
Province were at high levels. 2) The opinions on the overall state and problems of the general administration of the
general administration officers of the schools in Nakhon Phanom Province, classified by school sizes, showed the
statistically significant difference at the .01 level. 3) The opinions on the overall state of the general administration of
the schools in Nakhon Phanom Province of the general administration officers, classified by work experience, showed
the statistically significant difference at the .05 level whereas the overall problems of the general administration of the
schools in Nakhon Phanom Province of the general administration officers, classified by work experience, showed no
statistically significant difference. 4) The general administration of the schools in Nakhon Phanom Province should be
promoted in the following aspects: documents and registration and report.
