solve such behaviours. This research aimed to compare consumption behaviours and attitudes toward having sexual

30-item scale on personality with a reliability of 0.84, and a 13-item scale on self-confidence with a reliability of 0.71.
The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation and F-test (Three-way MANOVA). The
research findings were as follows: 1) The students as a whole and as classified according to self-confidence,
personality and residence indicated consumption behaviors at a low level except for the studentwith low confidence,
introvert or extrovert personality and dormitory living showed their behaviors at a medium level. In addition all a
groups of the students showed negative attitude toward having sexual relationship at school age. 2) There were
interactions of self-confidence with personality and residence concerning consumption behaviors and attitudes toward
having sexual relationship at school age. The students with low confidence, extrovert personality and living with
parents indicate more consumption behaviors and negative attitudes toward sexual relationship at school age more
