การเตรียมความพร้อมเข้ารับการคัดเลือกเป็นพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน : กรณีศึกษา บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) |

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณสมบัติของผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกเป็นพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน และศึกษาวิธีการเตรียม ตัวเข้าสมัครคัดเลือกเป็นพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน
จำนวน 379 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่
ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในการรับทราบข้อมูลของการสมัครเป็นพนักงานต้อนรับ
บนเครื่องบิน อันดับหนึ่งได้แก่ ความชัดเจนในการรับข้อมูลของการเปิดรับสมัคร โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.67 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.64
รองลงมาคือ คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัครทั่วไป โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.59 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.63 และข้อมูลสถานที่ที่ใช้ในการรับสมัคร โดยมี
ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.57 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.86 ตามลำดับ ในการเตรียมก่อนการสมัครคัดเลือกเป็นพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน
อันดับหนึ่งคือ การควบคุมน้ำหนักให้สัมพันธ์กับส่วนสูง โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.80 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.75 และการพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ
ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.79 โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.80 รองลงมาคือ การตรงต่อเวลา โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.79 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.79
ตามลำดับ และในการเตรียมตัวระหว่างการสอบสัมภาษณ์เป็นพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน อันดับหนึ่งคือ ความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์
โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.89 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.87 รองลงมาคือ ทราบถึงรายละเอียดของบริษัท โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.88 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน
มาตรฐาน 0.90 และการแต่งหน้า โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.80 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.91 ตามลำดับ ดังนั้นจึงสรุปผลการวิจัยได้คือ
คุณสมบัติทั่วไปเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญสำหรับผู้เข้ารับการคัดเลือกที่จำเป็นต้องรู้ก่อนการเตรียมตัวสมัครเข้ารับการคัดเลือกเป็นพนักงานต้อนรับ
บนเครื่องบิน โดยเน้นเรื่องของ คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลตรงตามกับประกาศ ได้แก่ อายุ น้ำหนักให้สัมพันธ์กับส่วนสูง ความรู้ด้านภาษา
บุคลิกภาพ มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ และการบริการ ในการเตรียมตัวเข้าสมัครคัดเลือกเป็นพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน ควรมีการเตรียมตัวใน
ด้าน การปรับปรุงบุคลิกภาพ และด้านอื่นๆ ได้แก่ความกระตือรือร้น การเอาใจใส่ เรียนรู้งานด้านการบริการ และควรเป็นผู้ที่มีมนุษย์

The purposes of this research were to study the qualifications of successful candidates who have been selected as flight attendants and to examine how to prepare to apply for the position of a flight attendant. This
study is the descriptive research. The samples of this research were 379 flight attendants gained by accidental
sampling. The tool used to collect the data was a set of questionnaires. Statistics used to analyze the data were
frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results showed that in terms of obtaining
information on flight attendant jobs, the most important thing is the clearness of obtaining information on the
opening of the flight attendant jobs which had a mean of 3.67 and a standard deviation of 0.64. The second most
important thing was the general qualifications of the candidates which had a mean of 3.59 and a standard
deviation of 0.63. The third most important thing was the registration place which had a mean of 3.57 and a
standard deviation of 0.86. In terms of the preparation before applying for a flight attendant job, the most
important thing was weight control which must be related to height and had a mean of 3.80 and a standard
deviation of 0.75. The equally important thing was getting enough rest which had a mean of 3.80 and a standard
deviation of 0.79. The second most important thing was punctuality which had a mean of 3.79 and a standard
deviation of 0.79. In terms of the preparation for a job interview for a flight attendant, the most important thing
was creativity which had a mean of 3.89 and a standard deviation of 0.87. The second most important thing was
knowing the details of the companies which had a mean of 3.88 and a standard deviation of 0.90. The third most
important thing was the make-up of the candidates which had a mean of 3.80 and a standard deviation of 0.91. In
conclusion, general qualifications were important for those who would like to apply for the position of a flight
attendant, especially the personal characteristics that meet the requirements of the company as announced: age,
body weight that matches height, a command of language, personality, human relations and service mind.
Candidates wishing to successfully apply for the position should be well prepared as follows: improving
personality and other characteristics such as enthusiasm, caring attributes, attentive service mind and good
human relations.
