NPU President Joins National Leaders to Shape Higher Education Policy

On April 26, 2026, Nakhon Phanom University President, Prof. Emeritus Dr. Tawadchai Suppadit, joined a national meeting of university leaders in Bangkok, alongside Asst. Prof. Dr. Khajit Na Kalasin, Vice President for Academic Affairs.
The meeting brought together members of the Council of University Presidents of Thailand and private higher education institutions, hosted by the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Prof. Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, outlined key policy directions to align Thailand’s higher education system with global changes, emphasizing stronger collaboration to enhance education, research, and innovation for sustainable development.
