On January 15, 2026, Nakhon Phanom University hosted the "NPU Family 2026: Creative Synergy for the Future" event at the Wachirabophit Auditorium. Prof. Emeritus Dr. Tawadchai Suppadit, President of Nakhon Phanom University, presided over the ceremony, presenting key achievements for the 2025 fiscal year and delivering New Year remarks to staff.

The event began with a moment of silence in tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother and in remembrance of Mr. Suphawut Khamhan, Head of the Applied Basic Sciences Department at That Phanom College.

In his address, the President reported that Nakhon Phanom University exceeded its revenue targets and achieved 93.10% of its key performance indicators. Key developments included:
