On February 19, 2026, Professor Emeritus Dr. Tawadchai Suppadit, President of Nakhon Phanom University, welcomed Mr. Patchara Anuntasilpa, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES), at the That Phanom Community Digital Center.
