On January 12, 2026, Nakhon Phanom University held a preparatory meeting ahead of an upcoming study visit by the Senate Standing Committee on Education, Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation.

The meeting was chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Tanom Tathong, Vice President for Planning and Budget, and attended by relevant personnel at the Paeng Phanom Room, Office of the President Building 1, Sri Khotrabun Campus, Nakhon Phanom University.

Key agenda items included the assignment of responsibilities and preparations for presentations on academic affairs by the Division of Academic Affairs, as well as research and academic services by the Research and Development Institute.

The meeting aimed to ensure a well-organized visit and to effectively present Nakhon Phanom University’s capabilities in education, research, and academic services.
