The Relationship between Implementation of Internal Supervision Procedure and Student-Centered Teaching Approach among Primary School Teachers in Dong-Luang District under the Office of Mukdahan Primary Education Service Area 1

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานตามกระบวนการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนใน อำเภอดงหลวง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร 2) ศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานตามกระบวนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 3) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามกระบวนการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียน จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน 4) เปรียบเทียบการสอนที่เน้น ผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญตามขนาดของโรงเรียน 5) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการดำเนินงานตามกระบวนการนิเทศภายใน กับการสอนที่เน้น ผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา จำนวน 162 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.39-0.94 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การดำเนินงานตามกระบวนการนิเทศภายในของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานตามกระบวนการนิเทศภายในของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่าขั้นการวางแผนการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน ขั้นการปฏิบัติการนิเทศ และโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ มีระดับความคิดเห็นมากกว่าโรงเรียนขนาดกลางและ โรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก 4) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนพบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5) การดำเนินงานตามกระบวนการนิเทศภายในกับการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
 

               The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate a degree of implementing the internal supervision procedure of the schools in Dong Luang district under the Office of Mukdahan Primary Education Service Area, 2) to examine a degree of implementing the student-centered teaching approach, 3) to compare the implementation of internal supervision procedure in schools based on school sizes, 4) to compare the studentcentered teaching based on school sizes, and 5) to examine the relationship between implementation of internal supervision procedure and student-centered teaching. A sample of study as selected by stratified random sampling comprised 162 teachers. The instrument used was a 5-rating scale questionnaire whose discrimination power values ranged between 0.39 and 0.94 and reliability value was 0.92. Statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and one-way ANOVA. The findings disclosed as follows: 1) The implementation of internal supervision procedure of primary school teachers as a whole was at high level; 2) the student-centered teaching approach of primary school teachers as a whole was at high level; 3) the opinion on the implementation of internal supervision procedure of primary school teachers as classified by school size was found that the internal supervision as a whole, the step of planning the internal supervision in school and the step of operating the supervision were significantly different at the .05 level. The large-sized schools had a higher level of opinion on the implementation of internal supervision procedure than those medium-sized and smallsized schools; 4) the opinion on student-centered teaching practiced by primary school teachers as classified by school size was found that the overall student-centered teaching approach and its individual aspects were significantly different at the .05 level; 5) the implementation of internal supervision procedure and the teaching by student-centered approach were positively correlated at the .01 level of significance.
