อนาคตภาพของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา ระหว่าง พ.ศ.2559-2573 |

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอปัญหาและคุณภาพของการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ที่ต้องได้รับการแก้ไข ให้มีความสอดคล้องกับสภาพปัญหาที่แท้จริงเพื่อให้ได้สารสนเทศประกอบการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับการบริหารและการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาในอนาคตระหว่าง พ.ศ.2559-2573 โดยมีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ ประกอบด้วย ผู้เรียน ครู โรงเรียน การบริหารโรงเรียนที่มีคุณภาพ และ การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนที่มีคุณภาพ โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบ EDFR สัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการศึกษาที่เป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ซึ่งเลือกมาแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 24 คน และป้อนข้อมูลย้อนกลับให้กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบ เดลฟาย (Delphi Questionnaire) อนาคตภาพของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา ระหว่าง พ.ศ.2559-2573 ที่สร้างขึ้นมี 5 ภาพที่สอดคล้องกัน ภาพอนาคตแรก การพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนให้เป็นศาสนทายาทที่มีคุณภาพ ที่มีทั้งความรู้ด้านปริยัติธรรมควบคู่กับวิชาสามัญ ภาพอนาคตที่สอง การพัฒนาครูปริยัติธรรมยุคใหม่ให้มีคุณภาพ เป็นมืออาชีพ สามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์และเทคโนโลยี ภาพอนาคตที่สาม การพัฒนาโรงเรียนปริยัติธรรมยุคใหม่ให้มีคุณภาพ มีบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่ ภาพอนาคตที่สี่ การพัฒนาการบริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมที่มีกระบวนการที่เป็นระบบ มีกลยุทธ์ และภาพอนาคตที่ห้า การพัฒนารูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ทั้งด้านการร่วมมือ ตัดสินใจ ปฎิบัติงาน ระดมความคิด และประเมินผลที่หลากหลาย คำสำคัญ : อนาคตภาพ ; โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม ; แผนกสามัญศึกษา

This article aims to present the problems and quality of educational management of Buddhist scripture schools of general education, which must be resolved to be in line with the actual problem state in order to obtain information for making a decision on management of the future Buddhist scripture schools of general education during A.D. 2016-2030. The key elements comprised students, teachers, quality school management, and quality community participation by employing the Ethnographic Delphi Future Research (EDFR) method, interviewing administrators of Buddhist scripture schools of general education, and asking 24 specialists in education who were selected by purposive sampling using a questionnaire via Delphi technique.The created scenario of Buddhist scripture schools of general education during A.D. 2016-2030 had 5 consistent scenes. The first future scene is to develop students to become quality religious heirs, who have knowledge of both Buddhist scripture and general subjects. The second future scene is to develop modern Buddhist scripture teachers to be professionals and be able to transfer knowledge through experience and technology. The third future scene is to develop modern Buddhist scripture schools to have quality, climate and environment that are conducive to be new age learning sources. The fourth future scene is to develop the Buddhist scripture school management that has a systematic process and strategy. And the fifth future scene was to develop a community participation model that includes a variety of participations in decision making, operating, brain-storming and evaluating.
