Condition of the Efficient Learning Experience Provision by Child-Care Teachers under the Local Administration Organizations In the Si Songkhram and Ban Phaeng Districts, Nakhon Phanom Province

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในอำเภอศรีสงคราม และอำเภอบ้านแพง จังหวัดนครพนม 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการ   จัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในอำเภอศรีสงคราม และอำเภอบ้านแพง จังหวัดนครพนม จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่  หัวหน้าศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก จำนวน 151 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ ระหว่าง 0.33-0.92     มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test แบบ Independent Samples) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (F-test แบบ One way ANOVA) 
    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพของครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก โดยรวมและ       รายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพของครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานตั้งแต่ 10 ปีขึ้นไป มีความคิดเห็นสูงกว่าผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน ต่ำกว่า 10 ปี และขนาดของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

    The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate condition of the efficient learning experience provided by child-care teachers under the local administration administrations in the Si Songkhram and Ban Phaeng districts, Nakhon Phanom province and 2) to compare condition of the efficient learning experience provided by child-care teachers under the local administration administrations in the Si Songkhram and Ban Phaeng districts, Nakhon Phanom province as classified by work experience and size of child development center. The sample included heads of child development centers and child-care teachers totaling 151 people who were derived from stratified random sampling. The instrument was a 5 scale rating questionnaire whose discrimination power values of all individual items ranged between 0.33 and 0.92 and entire reliability coefficient was 0.92. Statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for independent samples, and one-way ANOVA.
    Findings of the study disclosed the following: 1) Condition of providing the efficient learning experience by child-care teachers as a whole and each aspect was at high level; 2) condition in providing the efficient learning experience by child-care teachers according to the questionnaire respondents whose work experiences were different found a significant difference at the .05 level. Those whose work experience was 10 years or over had their opinion at the level higher than that of those whose work experience was lower than 10 years, whereas those who belonged to a different size of child development center had no difference in their opinion on condition of the efficient learning experience both in overall and individual aspects.
