     การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย               ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในเขตเทศบาลเมืองนครพนม จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 346 คน โดยการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย               ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไคสแควร์ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน

    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมการใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตของนักเรียนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.76 S.D. = 0.89) เมื่อแยกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า พฤติกรรมการใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตด้านทั่วไปและด้านความบันเทิงอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัวคือรายได้ของผู้ปกครองและปัจจัยด้านสังคมคือสื่อและเพื่อนมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตของนักเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r= 0.13, 0.14 และ 0.17) ตามลำดับ ผู้บริหารหรืออาจารย์ควรหาวิธีการให้นักเรียนใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตเพื่อการศึกษาให้มากขึ้น

   The aims of this research were: 1) to investigate the internet usage behavior of senior high school students in the Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality area, and 2) to examine the factors related to the internet usage behavior of senior high school students in the Mueang Nakhon Phanom Municipality area. A sample used was 346 senior high students selected by cluster random sampling. A 5-rating scale questionnaire was used in data collection. Statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Chi-square and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.

   The findings revealed as follows. 1) The internet usage behavior of students as a whole was at high level ( =3.76 S.D. = 0.89). When classified as aspect, it was found that internet usage behavior in the general aspect and in the entertainment aspect was at high level; whereas in the education aspect, it was found at moderate level. 2) The family factor concerning parents’ income and the social factors concerning media and peers each correlated significantly with the internet usage behavior of students at the .01 level (r= 0.13, 0.14 and 0.17), respectively. Administrators or teachers should find methods of assigning students to more internet usage for their education.
