การพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัย กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียน สุเหร่าหะยีมินา สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร |

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัย 2) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะ การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัย 3) พัฒนาแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับ
ปฐมวัยโรงเรียนสุเหร่าหะยีมินา สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนที่กำลัง
ศึกษาในระดับชั้นอนุบาลในโรงเรียนสุเหร่าหะยีมินา สำนักงานเขตหนองจอกกรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 181 คน
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ
ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัยโรงเรียน
สุเหร่าหะยีมินา สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการร่วมดำเนินการ
และด้านการร่วมประเมินผลอยู่ในระดับปานกลางส่วนด้านการร่วมคิดและตัดสินใจ และด้านการร่วมวางแผนอยู่ในระดับน้อย
2) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วม ในการจัดการศึกษาทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่า ผู้ปกครองต้องการให้ทางโรงเรียนแจ้งข่าวสารข้อมูล
เกี่ยวกับการประชุม การวางแผน การดำเนินงาน และการประเมินผล โดยระบุวัน เวลา และสถานที่ให้ชัดเจน 3) การพัฒนาการมี
ส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาเด็กปฐมวัย โรงเรียนสุเหร่าหะยีมินา สำนักงานเขตหนองจอก กรุงเทพมหานคร โดย
กระบวนการสนทนากลุ่มประเด็นเฉพาะ (Focus Group Discussion) คณะครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียน สรุปผล
โดยรวมได้ ดังนี้ ให้ทางโรงเรียนแจ้งข่าวสารต่างๆ ให้ผู้ปกครองทราบ โดยใช้วิธีการที่หลากหลายมีคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษามาจาก
หลายอาชีพ มีกรรมการเครือข่ายผู้ปกครอง มีการจัดประชุมผู้ปกครองก่อนเปิดภาคเรียนและปิดภาคเรียน การจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ควรให้
ตรงกับวันหยุด ให้คณะกรรมการเครือข่ายผู้ปกครองเข้าร่วมประชุมสรุปผลหลังการจัดกิจกรรม เชิญผู้ปกครองเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทุกครั้ง
และแจ้งผลการประเมินในวันประชุมผู้ปกครองก่อนปิดภาคเรียน

The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate a degree of participation among parents in management of early childhood education, 2) to examine suggestions concerning parents’ participation in management of early
childhood education, 3) to develop guidelines for parents’ participation in management of early childhood
education at Suraohayeemina School, Nongchok District Office, Bangkok. The population used in the study was
181 parents of students who were studying at kindergarten level in Suraohayeemina School, Nongchok District
Office, Bangkok, in academic year 2012. The tool used for collecting data was a questionnaire whose reliability
coefficient was 0.98. The statistics used to collect data were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard
deviation. The findings of study were as follows. 1) The overall parents’ participation in management of early
childhood education at Suraohayeemina School, Nongchok District Office, Bangkok, was at the moderate level.
Considering it by aspect, it was found that the aspects of operating participation and of participation in evaluation
were at the moderate level; whereas the aspects of participation in thinking and making a decision and of
participation in planning were at the low level. 2) The suggestion of guidelines for participation in educational
management in the 4 aspects showed that parents would like their school to inform them about meeting,
management planning and evaluation through specifying the date, time and place clearly. 3) Development of
parents’ participation in management of early childhood education at Suraohayeemina School, Nongchok District
Office, Bangkok, through focus group discussion among the teachers and educational personnel of the school can
be concluded as follows. The school is required to inform parents about school affairs through diverse methods,
to have members of educational institution committee coming from different careers, to have a parental network
committee, to hold a meeting of parents both before opening and closing the academic semester, to arrange
various activities on the weekends, to have a parental network committee participate in a meeting for concluding
the result after the activities arrangement, to invite parents to participate in activity offered in anytime, and to
inform parents of the evaluation result in the day of meeting among the parents before closing the semester
