Factor Organization Management Related of Effectiveness of Academic Affairs Management of Non-formal and Informal Education Centers in Nakhon Phanom Province

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครูเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยการบริหารองค์กรของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในจังหวัดนครพนม จำแนกตามสถานภาพ และวุฒิการศึกษา 2) ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร และครูเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในจังหวัดนครพนม จำแนกตามสถานภาพ และวุฒิการศึกษา และ 3) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยการบริหารองค์กรที่สัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในจังหวัดนครพนม กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 219 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยการบริหารองค์กรมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง 0.32-0.92 แบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง 0.35-0.90 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน

    ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยการบริหารองค์กรและประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยในจังหวัดนครพนม โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก  2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยการบริหารองค์กร และประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการจำแนกตามสถานภาพและวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ  3) ปัจจัยการบริหารองค์กรมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการโดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันค่อนข้างสูง  (r_xy = 0.739)

    The purposes of this research were to investigate and analyze factors of organizational management related to effectiveness of academic affairs management of the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in Nakhon Phanom Province. The samples consisted of 219 people who were selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used in data collection was a five-rating scale questionnaire including two types of questionnaire: 1) a factors of organizational management questionnaire with the discrimination between 0.32 and 0.92, and 2) an effectiveness of academic affairs management questionnaire with the discrimination between 0.35 and 0.90, and the reliability of 0.91. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test (Independent Samples) and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.

    The results were found that the opinions in factors of organizational management of the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in Nakhon Phanom Province was at the high level in overall and in individual aspects. The comparison of overall factors of organizational management classified by status and educational background were not different. The effectiveness of academic affairs management of the Office of Non-formal and Informal Education in Nakhon Phanom Province was at the high level in overall and in individual aspects. The comparison of overall effectiveness of academic affairs management classified by status and educational background was not different. Overall factors of organizational management revealed rather high relation to academic affairs management (r_xy = 0.739)
