ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 |

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 2) ระดับการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับ ธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Research) ใช้สถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 113 โรง เป็นหน่วยวิเคราะห์ (Unit of Analysis) โดยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน ซึ่งใช้อำเภอเป็นชั้นภูมิในการแบ่ง จากนั้นใช้วิธีการจับฉลากให้ได้จำนวนตัวอย่างที่ต้องการในแต่ละชั้นภูมิ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียน โรงเรียนละ 4 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 452 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สัมพัทธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Person’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ราชบุรี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 4 ด้าน โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ การไว้วางใจกัน ความผูกพันที่จะปฏิบัติ การตั้งเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ร่วมกัน และความเป็นอิสระต่อความรับผิดชอบในงาน ตามลำดับ 2) ระดับธรรมาภิบาลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 6 ด้าน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเรียงมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ หลักคุณธรรม หลักคุณธรรม หลักความมีส่วนร่วม หลักความรับผิดชอบ หลักนิติธรรม หลักความคุ้มค่า และหลักความโปร่งใส่ ตามลำดับ และ 3) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาราชบุรี เขต 2 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .01 ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน คำสำคัญ : การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม ; ธรรมาภิบาลของสถานศึกษา ; ผู้บริหาร

The purpose of this study were: 1) to determine the participation management of school administrators under The Jurisdication of the Office of Ratchaburi Primary Education Service Area 2, 2) to determine the good governance management in school under The Jurisdication of the Office of Ratchaburi Primary Education Service Area 2, and 3) to determine the relationship between the participation management and the good governance management in school under The Jurisdication of the Office of Ratchaburi Primary Education Service Area 2. This research is descriptive research. The population of study was school – teacher. The total was 452 participants from 113 school by open Krejcie and Morgan’s table and proportional stratified random sampling. The district used a stratified in the division then using a raffle to get the required number of samples in each stratum. The analysis of the data was accomplished by computation of the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The Person’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was also computed to test the null hypotheses postulated in the study. Based upon the findings of the study, it was concluded that: 1) The participation management of administrators in overall were at high level. However, when taking each aspect into consideration found that all aspect were at high as follow trust, relationship, setting good and objective and free to take responsibility. 2) The school management according to good governance, in overall were at high level. However, when taking each aspect into consideration found all aspects were high level. 3) The relationship between the participation management and school management according to good governance found that there was a significant difference: by statistic at 0.01 level every aspect.
