     การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง องค์ประกอบหลักการมาตรฐาน
แนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของอุตสาหกรรม และองค์ประกอบประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของอุตสาหกรรมมันสำปะหลัง 2) เพื่อศึกษา
ผลกระทบของหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่มีต่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของอุตสาหกรรมมันสำปะหลังในภาคตะวันออก-
เฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ประกอบการหรือผู้จัดการธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมมันสำปะหลังในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 260 ราย
ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบน
มาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมานในการวิเคราะห์แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้างด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์
     ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พบว่า 1) ค่าน้ำ􀂛หนักองค์ประกอบของปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจ
พอเพียงที่มีค่ามากที่สุด คือ องค์ประกอบด้านมีภูมิคุ้มกันที่ดี (0.71) โดยมีเงื่อนไขด้านความรู้ (0.65) มากกว่าเงื่อนไขด้านคุณธรรม (0.55)
ค่าน้ำ􀂛หนักของหลักมาตรฐานทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงภาคอุตสาหกรรมที่มีค่ามากที่สุด คือ การเคารพต่อผลประโยชน์ของผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย (0.61)
ส่วนประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานขององค์กรที่มีค่าน้ำ􀂛หนักมากที่สุด คือ ด้านสังคม (0.78) 2) ผลกระทบของหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจ
พอเพียงที่ส่งผลกระทบทางตรงต่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานขององค์กรด้วยขนาดของผลกระทบเท่ากับ 0.57 และหลักปรัชญา
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมีผลกระทบทางตรงต่อหลักมาตรฐานเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงภาคอุตสาหกรรมด้วยขนาดของผลกระทบเท่ากับ 0.81

     The purposes of this research are: 1) to analyze the fundamental elements of sufficiency economy philosophy, fundamental elements of standard principle of industrial sufficiency economy and fundamental elements of organization operating efficiency of cassava industry 2) to analyze the direct effect of sufficiency economy philosophy on organization operating efficiency of cassava industry and 3) to investigate the indirect effect of sustainable economic philosophy on organization operating efficiency of cassava industry in Northeastern region of Thailand resulting from fundamental elements of standard principle of industrial sufficiency economy. The sample consisted of 260 entrepreneurs or managements of North Eastern Cassava Industry. This research employed by a questionnaire. Quantitative analysis is employed for data analysis. Statistical analysis contains mean, percentage, standard deviation, and structural equation modeling analysis (SEM) by using computer software.

     The research was found that 1) The factor loading of the sufficiency economy philosophy with the highest point was the criterion of self-immunity at 0.71, Whereas the condition of knowledge at 0.65 was more than the condition of ethics at 0.50. The factor loading of the fundamental elements of standard principle of industrial sufficiency economy with the highest point was respect for stakeholder interests at 0.61, and operating performance of cassava industry with the highest point was respect for environmental at 0.61, 2) The results point out that the sufficiency economy philosophy is direct affected to organization operating efficiency with size of effect at 0.57. 3) The sufficiency economy philosophy is direct affected to fundamental elements of standard principle of industrial sufficiency economy with size of effect at 0.81.
