สื่อใหม่กับการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการสื่อข่าว |

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การใช้สื่อใหม่ของผู้สื่อข่าวในการนำเสนอข่าวสารที่มีผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการสื่อข่าว 2) ผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการทำงานของผู้สื่อข่าวในกระบวนการสื่อข่าว เมื่อผู้รับสารใช้สื่อใหม่ในการรับข้อมูลข่าวสาร และ 3) วงจรข่าวระหว่างผู้สื่อข่าว บรรณาธิการ ช่องทางการสื่อข่าว และช่องทางการรับข่าวสารของผู้รับข่าวสารที่ใช้สื่อใหม่ในกระบวนการสื่อข่าว โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้สื่อข่าวจำนวน 21 แหล่งข่าว จากสื่อหนังสือพิมพ์ สื่อวิทยุโทรทัศน์ สื่อออนไลน์ สื่อโทรทัศน์บอกรับสมาชิก สื่อวิทยุกระจายเสียง และนักจัดรายการ ของสื่อในศูนย์ข่าวภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1) ด้านการใช้สื่อใหม่ของผู้สื่อข่าวในการนำเสนอข่าวสารที่มีผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการสื่อข่าว พบว่า ผู้สื่อข่าวมีกระบวนการแบบเดิม หากแต่มีการนำสื่อใหม่เข้ามาช่วยในเรื่องการถ่ายภาพด้วยกล้องดิจิทัลที่มีคุณภาพสูง การนำ “อากาศยานไร้คนขับ” (Drone) มาใช้ในการถ่ายภาพ การส่งข่าวด้วยสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เช่น อินเทอร์เน็ต ไลน์ เฟซบุ๊ก ทวิตเตอร์ แอพพลิเคชั่นในมือถือสมาร์ทโฟน เป็นต้น 2) ด้านผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการทำงานของผู้สื่อข่าวในกระบวนการสื่อข่าว เมื่อผู้รับสารใช้สื่อใหม่ในการรับข้อมูลข่าวสาร พบว่า ปัจจุบันรูปแบบการทำงานในกระบวนการสื่อข่าวยังคงเดิมหากแต่มีการเพิ่มเติมในการนำเสนอข่าวที่รวดเร็ว ถูกต้อง สด ใหม่ มีความน่าเชื่อถือ โดยใช้สื่อใหม่เข้ามาช่วยในกระบวนการ บรรณาธิการก็ต้องมีความรอบคอบ เพิ่มวิจารณญาณในการเผยแพร่ข่าวผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์มากขึ้นเพื่อสร้างมาตรฐานความน่าเชื่อถือของสื่อเช่นเดิม และ 3) ด้านวงจรข่าวระหว่างผู้สื่อข่าว บรรณาธิการ ช่องทางการสื่อข่าว และช่องทางการรับข่าวสารของผู้รับข่าวสารที่ใช้สื่อใหม่ในกระบวนการสื่อข่าว พบว่า วงจรข่าวยังคงเป็นรูปแบบเดิม หากแต่มีการใช้สื่อใหม่เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องมือในขั้นตอนต่างๆ ให้มีความรวดเร็ว ทันสมัย และตรงกับความต้องการของผู้รับข่าวสารซึ่งใช้ช่องทางการรับสารผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ คำสำคัญ : สื่อใหม่ ; กระบวนการสื่อข่าว ; วงจรข่าว ; อากาศยานไร้คนขับ |

The purposes of this qualitative study were to investigate: 1) the use of new media by news reporters in presenting news that affects the change of news reporting process, 2) the effect of changes in the working style of news reporters on the news reporting process when the audience uses the new media in receiving messages, and 3) the news cycle among news reporters, editors, news reporting channels, and message receiving channels of the audience using the new media in the news reporting process. News reporters from 21 informed sources such as printed media, radio and television media, online media, cable television media, radio broadcast media and disc jockeys of the Northeast News Center were interviewed. The instrument used was an in-depth interview guide. Findings of the study were as follows. 1) In the aspect of using new media among news reporters in presenting news which affects the change of news reporting process, it was found that the news reporters used a traditional process excepting bringing in new media of high quality digital camera and drone to help take a photograph and sending news through the online social media such as the Internet, Line, Facebook, Twitter, and smartphone applications, etc. 2) In the aspect of changing effect in the working style of news reporters on the news reporting process when the audience uses new media in receiving messages, it was found that at present the working style in the news reporting process is still the same except for the fast, correct, fresh, new, and reliable news report. In the use of new media to help run the process, the editors have to be more careful and discretionary on releasing news through the online social media in order to standardize the trustworthiness of the media. And 3) in the aspect of the news cycle among news reporters, editors, news reporting channels, and message receiving channels of the audience using new media in the news reporting process, it was found that the news cycle maintains the traditional style excepting bringing in new media concerning equipment or tools to run each step of the process for making it quicker and more modern to meet the need of message receivers who use message receiving channels through the online social media.
