A Study of Administrative Factors Affecting Commitment of Teachers In Primary Schools under Offi ce of Sa Kaeo Primary Education Service Area

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) แบบความเป็นผู้นำาของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 2) ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแบบความเป็นภาวะผู้นำาของผู้บริหารและทักษะการบริหารกับความผูกพันของครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา และ 4) ปัจจัยการบริหารงานที่สัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันของครูและปัจจัยที่สามารถพยากรณ์ความผูกพันครูต่อโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูสังกัดสำานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระแก้ว เขต 2 จำานวน 302 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเท่ากับ 0.27–0.76 ค่าอำานาจจำาแนกรายข้อเกี่ยวกับการใช้ทักษะการบริหาร เท่ากับ 0.24–0.73 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยการบริหารด้านแบบความเปน็ ผู้นำของผู้บริหารการใช้ทักษะการบริหาารของผู้บริหารและความผูกพันของครูในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัจจัยการบริหารด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร การใช้ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกทุกด้าน และมีค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์อยู่ระหว่าง 0.53 ถึง 0.82 อย่างมีนัยสำาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ปัจจัยที่พยากรณ์ความผูกพันของครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา มี 9 ตัวแปร โดยมีค่าอำานาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 80.90 (R2 = .809)

 The purposes of this study were to investigate: 1) types of leadership styles of school administrators, 2) administrative skills of school administrators, 3) relationship between types of leadership styles of school administrators, administrative skills, and commitment of teachers in primary schools, and 4) administrative factors that are related to teachers’ commitment and factors that are able to predict commitment of primary school teachers to their respective primary schools under Offi ce of Sa Kaeo Primary Education Service Area. A sample of study was 302 teachers who were affi liated to Offi ce of Sa Kaeo Primary Education Service Area 2. The instruments used was a 5-rating scale questionnaire whose items of leadership had discrimination power values ranging between 0.27 and 0.76 and use of administrative skills ranging between 0.24 and 0.73. Statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coeffi cient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings disclosed as follows: 1) On the whole, administrative factors in the aspects of administrators’ leadership, administrators’ use of administrative skills and teachers’ commitment were at high level; 2) administrative factors in the aspects of administrators’ leadership and administrators’ use of administrative skills were positively correlated in every facet at the .05 level of signifi cance with the correlation coeffi cients ranging from 0.53 to 0.82. The factors that could predict primary school teachers’ commitment included 5 variables. The value of predictive power was 80.90% (R2 = .809)
