A Linear Structural Relationship Model of Factors Affecting Professional Teachers of Private Vocational Education Institutes in the Northeast

    การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นครูมืออาชีพในสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และ 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นครูมืออาชีพการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น2 ระยะ คือ การสร้างกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัยและการตรวจสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัย โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประชากรได้แก่ครูของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำานวน 3,429 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำานวน 540 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์

    ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบที่สร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วย 6 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของครู ปัจจัยด้านการบริหาร ปัจจัยด้านการจูงใจ ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะองค์การ ปัจจัยด้านการทำางาน และความเป็นครูมืออาชีพ ส่วนผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบพบว่า รูปแบบมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ( = 58.79, P-value = 1, df = 126, RMSEA = 0.00, GFI = 0.99, AGFI =0.98, LSR = 1.73) 2) อิทธิพลรวมของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นครูมืออาชีพ เรียงลำาดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของครู ปัจจัยด้านการทำางาน ปัจจัยด้านการบริหาร ปัจจัยด้านการจูงใจ และปัจจัยด้านลักษณะองค์การ โดยปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุทั้ง 5 ตัว สามารถอธิบายความเป็นครูมืออาชีพ ได้ร้อยละ 83.4

    The purposes of this study were: 1) to create a linear structural relationship model of factors affecting professional teachers in private vocational education institutes and investigate goodness of fit of the created model with the empirical data, and 2) to examine infl uence of various factors on the professional teachers. The study was divided into two phases: construction of conceptual framework of research and test of the research hypotheses by using a questionnaire in data collection. Population included 3,429 teachers of private vocational education colleges in the Northeast. A sample of 540 teachers was selected by multi-stage random sampling. The data was analyzed using statistics of percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coeffi cient. Analysis of confi rmatory factors and test of goodness of fi t of the model with the empirical data were conducted using a statistic package. The study yielded the following results: 1) The model comprised 6 factors, namely factors of individual teachers, factors of administration, factors of motivation, factors of organizational generality, factors of working and factors of professional teachers and the test of goodness of fi t between the created model and the empirical data showed their harmony which could be unveiled by these statistics: = 58.79, P-value = 1, df = 126, RMSEA = 0.00, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.98, LSR = 1.73. 2) Factors infl uencing the professional teachers as arranged from higher to lower ranking were: individual teacher factors, working factors, administration factors, motivation factors and organizational generality factors. These fi ve causal factors can explain the professional teachers at confi dence level of 83.4%.
