ยุทธศาสตร์การส่งเสริมการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรของนิสิต มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดสกลนคร |

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาและปัจจัยในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร 2) สร้างยุทธศาสตร์ การส่งเสริมการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 460 คน จำแนกเป็นนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์
วิทยาเขตเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดสกลนคร ระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1-4 จำนวน 345 คน และผู้นำองค์กรกิจกรรมนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัย
เกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จำนวน 115 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling)
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสังเกต โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาและ
ปัจจัยในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร 2) สร้างยุทธศาสตร์ส่งเสริมการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์
ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ (Descriptive Analysis)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัญหา และปัจจัยที่ไม่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรของนิสิต มีดังนี้ ไม่มีเพื่อนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม การจัดกิจกรรม
ตรงกับเวลาเรียน กิจกรรมที่จัดซ้ำซากและไม่น่าสนใจ สถานที่การจัดกิจกรรมไม่เหมาะสม และกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรไม่มีความจำเป็น
ปัจจัยในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร คือ เพื่อต้องการแสวงหาประสบการณ์ใหม่ เพื่อให้ชั่วโมงกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรครบ เพื่อได้
รับการยอมรับจากเพื่อน เพื่อต้องการความรู้ใหม่ๆ ไปปรับปรุงการทำงาน เพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพของตนเอง และเพื่อต้องการนำเพิ่ม
โอกาสในการทำกิจกรรม 2) ยุทธศาสตร์การส่งเสริมการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร มี 3 ยุทธศาสตร์ได้แก่ (1) ยุทธศาสตร์การสร้าง
โอกาสในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรอย่างทั่วถึง (2) ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนารูปแบบกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรด้วยกระบวนการการมี
ส่วนร่วมและ (3) ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนามาตรฐานการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร

The objectives of this study were: 1) to investigate problems and factors of involvement in the activity for enrichment of curriculum, and 2) to create a strategy to promote involvement in the activity for enrichment of
curriculum. The total sample of 460 people comprised 345 first to fourth year undergraduate students and 115
leaders of the students’ activity organization at Kasetsart University, Chalermprakiat Sakon Nakhon Province
Campus, selected by stratified random sampling. The instruments used in this study were a questionnaire, an
interview guide and an observation form. The study procedure comprised 2 steps: 1) investigation of the
problems and factors of involvement in the curriculum enrichment activity, and 2) creating a strategy for
promoting involvement in the activity for enrichment of curriculum. Statistics used to analyze data were mean
and standard deviation. Qualitative data analysis was done through descriptive analysis. The findings disclosed as
follows: 1. The problems and factors of involvement in the activity for enrichment of curriculum among students
were: having no friend to join with, an overlap between the activity provided and the study time, activity
provided being repetitious, place for providing activity not suitable, curriculum enrichment activity provided not
necessary. And the factors of involvement in the activity for enrichment of curriculum were needs to find new
experience, to fulfill the hours of activity for enrichment of curriculum, to be recognized by co-workers, to pursue
new knowledge of improving work for developing self-efficiency, and to increase opportunity to do activity. 2.The
promotion of involvement in the activity for enrichment of curriculum comprises 3 strategies: (1) strategy to
create an opportunity to involve in the activity for enrichment of curriculum comprehensively, (2) strategy to
develop a type of the activity for enrichment of curriculum through participatory procedure, and (3) strategy to
develop standard of the activity for enrichment of curriculum.
