การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการเงินของสถานศึกษาระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตอำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม |

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการเงินของสถานศึกษา ระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตอำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม 2) ศึกษาปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเภทของสถานศึกษาและประสบการณ์ต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการเงินของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตอำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม 3) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการเงินของสถานศึกษาระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตอำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม จำแนกตามประเภทของสถานศึกษาและประสบการณ์การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการเงิน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้ปฏิบัติงานการเงิน จำนวน 103 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการเทียบตาราง Krejcie and Morgan ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนสองทาง (Two – way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการเงินของสถานศึกษาระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตอำเภอ ธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ไม่มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเภทของสถานศึกษาและประสบการณ์ต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการเงินของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตอำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม โรงเรียนที่มีประเภทต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการเงินของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ผู้บริหารและครูการเงินที่ประสบการณ์การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการเงินต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านการเงิน โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this study were : 1) to investigate the state of financial risk management of basic education schools in Thatphanom district, Nakhon Phanom province, 2) to examine the interaction between the type of school and the experience in financial risk management of basic education schools in Thatphanom district, Nakhon Phanom province, and 3) to compare financial risk management of basic education schools in Thatphanom district, Nakhon Phanom province as classified by type of school and experience in financial risk management . A sample used in this study was school administrators and financial teachers totaling 103 people selected by stratified random sampling. The sample size was determined using a grid of Krejcie and Morgan table. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and two-way analysis of variance (two-way ANOVA). The findings were as follows. The financial risk management as a whole and each aspect of basic education schools in Thatphanom district, Nakhon Phanom province was at high level. There was no interaction between type of school and experience in financial risk management of basic education schools in Thatphanom district, Nakhon Phanom province. The respondents from schools of a different type had no difference in financial risk management of basic education schools as a whole, whereas administrators and teachers whose experiences in financial risk management were different had significantly different opinion about financial risk management as a whole at the .01 level.
