การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียน อำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม |

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)ศึกษาการดฎเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียน อำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัด นครพนม และ 2)เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ในโรงเรียน อำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม จำแนกตาม ตำแหน่ง และขนาดของโรงเรียน ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูที่ปรึกษา โรงเรียนอำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 247 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 56 คน และครูที่ปรึกษา จำนวน 191 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 34 คน และครูที่ปรึกษา จำนวน 11คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามตำแหน่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ อยู่ระหว่าง 0.33-0.92 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.90 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F- test (One way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียน อำเภอธาตุพนม จังหวัดนครพนม โดยรวมและ รายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดประชุมผู้ปกครองในชั้นเรียน และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ได้แก่ การให้ คำปรึกษาเบื้องต้น และ 2)ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูที่ปรึกษาที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01โดยครูที่ปรึกษามีการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนมากกว่าผู้บริหารโรงเรียน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูที่ปรึกษามีการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูมและด้านการให้คำปรึกษาเบื้องต้นมากกว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน เมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนและครูที่ปรึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง และโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ มีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานด้านการจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อป้องกัน และแก้ไขปัญหามากกว่าโรงเรียน ขนาดเล็ก

This study aimed : 1) to examine the implementation of student supporting system in schools, Thatphanom district, Nakhon Phanom province, and 2) to compare the implementation as classified by status and size of the school. The samples were 34 school administrators and 118 teachers selected by stratified random sampling. The tool used for data collection was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with its discrimination power values from each item ranging between 0.33 and 0.92 and its entire reliability coefficient of 0.90. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. The study results were as follows : 1) The implementation of student supporting system in schools, Thatphanom district, Nakhon Phanom province as a whole and each aspect was at high level. The aspect which gained the highest mean score was that of holding a meeting for classroom students’ parents, and the aspect which gained the lowest mean score was that of introductory counseling. 2) School administrators and counseling teachers who worked in schools of a different size were significantly different in their overall opinion at the .01 level. The counseling teachers were at higher level in implementation of student supporting system than that in implementation by school administrators. Considering it by aspect, counseling teachers operated more homeroom activities and introductory counseling than those school administrators. As classified by school size, the overall implementation of student supporting system was found not significantly different. As each aspect was considered, school administrators and counseling teachers both in medium- and large-sized schools had their higher level of opinion on implementation of student supporting system in the aspect of arranging activities for prevention and solution of problems than those in small-sized schools. |
