การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับทักษะการบริหารและระดับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถาน ศึกษาตามกระบวนการ PDCA ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการบริหารและการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายใน ของสถานศึกษาจำแนกตามสถานภาพและขนาดของสถานศึกษา 3)ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะการบริหารกับการดำเนินงาน ประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์การดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาโดยใช้ทักษะการ บริหารของผู้บริหารเป็นตัวแปรพยากรณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 449 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)ทักษะการบริหารและการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาตามกระบวนการ PDCAโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2)ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามสถานภาพและขนาดของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาตามกระบวนการ PDCA จำแนกตาม สถานภาพโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูง (rxy = 0.86) กับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของ สถานศึกษาตามกระบวนการ PDCA อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ ระดับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาตามกระบวนการ PDCA ได้ร้อยละ 76 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อน การพยากรณ์เท่ากับ 0.25

The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate the degrees of administrative skill and operation of the internal quality assurance in schools based on the PDCA process of school administrators, 2) to compare administrative skill and operation of the internal quality assurance in schools based on statuses and sizes of schools, 3) to examine the relationship between administrative skill and operation of the internal quality assurance in schools, and 4) to construct a predictive equation of the operation of the internal quality assurance in schools using administrative skill of school administrators as a predictive variable. A sample in this study was 449 teachers and school administrators. The instrument used for collecting data was a rating scale questionnaire which had a reliability coefficient of 0.98. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings of study were as follows. 1) Administrative skill and operation of the internal quality assurance in schools each as a whole according to the PDCA process were at high level. 2) Administrative skill of school administrators as a whole as classified by stratus and school size was significantly different at the .01 level; whereas operation of the internal quality assurance in schools according to the PDCA process as a whole as classified by status was not different except for the classification by school size as a whole which was found significantly different at the .01 level. 3) Administrative skill of school administrators and operation of the internal quality assurance in schools according to the PDCA process were highly correlated (rxy = 0.86) at the .01 level of significance. 4) Administrative skill of school administrators could predict operation of the internal quality assurance in schools according to the PDCA process with a level of 76% accuracy and a standard error of 0.25.
