การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการนิเทศภายในและประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนที่ เปิดสอนช่วงชั้นที่ 3 – 4 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อระดับการนิเทศ
ภายในและประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนของผู้ให้การนิเทศและผู้รับการนิเทศที่มีสถานภาพและประสบการณ์
ในการทำงานต่างกัน 3) หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการนิเทศภายในกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน
4) หาแนวทางพัฒนาการนิเทศภายในและประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่
ผู้ให้การนิเทศและผู้รับการนิเทศ ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 23 โรงเรียน 435 คนประกอบด้วย ผู้ให้การนิเทศ 195 คน ผู้รับ
การนิเทศ 240 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 217 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้ให้การนิเทศ 104 คนและผู้รับการนิเทศ 113 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบ
แบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยใช้ขนาดของโรงเรียนแต่ละโรงเรียนเป็นชั้น ดังนี้ ชั้นที่ 1 ผู้ให้การนิเทศ ได้แก่
ผู้อำนวยการและรองผู้อำนวยการวิชาการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง ได้ 36 คน และหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระฯ สุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยใช้เกณฑ์ขนาด
โรงเรียน ได้ 68 คน ชั้นที่ 2 ครูผู้รับการนิเทศ สุ่มอย่างง่ายโดยใช้เกณฑ์ขนาดโรงเรียน ได้ 113 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ
รวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า และการแนวทางพัฒนาเป็นแบบสอบถามสำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้ให้
ความคิดเห็น การนิเทศภายในซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 และประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ
.96 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบน
มาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที กรณีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอิสระแก่กัน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย
พบว่า 1) ระดับการนิเทศภายในและประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับ มาก 2) ผู้ให้การนิเทศ
และผู้รับการนิเทศที่มีสถานภาพและประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการนิเทศภายในและประสิทธิผล
การบริหารงานวิชาการ โดยรวม ไม่แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3) การนิเทศภายในกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการ
ของโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้นำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาการ
นิเทศภายในของโรงเรียน 2 ด้าน และประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน 9 ด้าน

The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the internal supervision and the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in the schools at key stages 3 – 4 under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Area
2; 2) compare the internal supervision and the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in the schools
according to the opinions of supervisors and supervisees classified by their status and work experience; 3) find the
relationship between the internal supervision and the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in the schools;
and 4) find guidelines to improve the internal supervision and the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in
the schools. The populations of 435 people were 195 supervisors and 240 supervisees from 23 schools in the
academic year 2009. The sample groups of 217 subjects consisted of 104 supervisors and 113 supervisees and were
selected by using stratified random sampling and the size of each school as the stratum. The first stratum was the
supervisors consisting of 36 directors and deputy directors of the academic affairs gained by purposive sampling and
68 subject area heads gained by simple random sampling. The second stratum was 113 teacher supervisees gained
by simple random sampling. The tools used for data collection were a rating scale questionnaire and a questionnaire
for experts to give opinions about ways to improve the internal supervision and the effectiveness of academic affairs
administration. The rating scale questionnaire consisted of 2 parts. The first part was about the internal supervision
and had the reliability coefficient of 0.97. The second part was about the effectiveness of academic affairs
administration and had the reliability coefficient of 0.96. The data were computerized using SPSS for Windows. The
statistics used to analyze the data included percentages, means, standard deviations, t-test (Independent Samples)
and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The results of this research were as follows: 1) The internal supervision and the
effectiveness of academic affairs administration in the schools as a whole were at high levels. 2) The opinions of the
supervisors and supervisees with different status and work experience on the internal supervision and the
effectiveness of academic affairs administration as a whole showed no statistically significant difference. 3) The
internal supervision had a statistically significant positive correlation with the effectiveness of academic affairs
administration in the schools at the .01 level. 4) This research proposed guidelines to improve the internal supervision
in two aspects and the effectiveness of academic affairs administration in nine aspects.
